Description

 

Wachon’s traditional Ganjang(soy sauce) is carefully brewed with high-quality Korean ingredients such as garlic, shiitake mushrooms, radishes, cabbage, apples, anchovies, kelp, and carrots. After a meticulous 8-hour simmering process in a cauldron, we've created a delicious soy sauce using a recipe derived from extensive research.

This Ganjang boasts a delightful combination of the sweet and tangy flavors from vegetables and fruits, as well as a rich taste. Wachon Ganjang is an excellent alternative to regular soy sauce and is recommended for use in marinating meat or as a salad dressing.

 

정성껏 담근 한식간장에 마늘, 표고버섯, 무우, 양배추, 사과, 멸치, 다시마, 당근 등의 질 좋은 한국산 재료를 넣고 가마솥에서 8시간 동안 달였어요.

오랜 연구 끝에 얻어낸 레시피로 맛있는 간장소스가 만들어졌어요. 채소와 과일의 달콤 새콤한 맛과 감칠맛이 모두 잘 담겨있어요. 

와촌 간장소스는 일반 진간장 대용으로 사용하기 좋으며 고기 양념 또는 샐러드 드레싱으로도 추천드려요.
