Return and Exchange Policy

You can request a return/exchange for unopened, new items within 7 days of the delivery completion date. Please ensure that items are returned/exchanged in new or unused condition, with all original materials included in the shipment. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs incurred for the return/exchange will be deducted from the final refund.

 

Here is the step-by-step process for requesting an returns/exchanges:

Photos are required for all returns/exchanges. Please note that returns/exchanges without photos may be rejected. For damaged items, please take a clear photo showing the damaged area. 

At our offline store and warehouse, you can also return/exchange items. If you wish to proceed with an in-store, please make sure to fill out the request form. The available visit times are the same as the pickup times.

The procedure for requesting an in-store exchange or refund is the same. Before proceeding with the exchange or refund, please fill out the form according to the instructions and send it to us. After we receive your request, we will send you information about whether the return/exchange is possible. Once you receive confirmation, you can visit the store or warehouse. To prevent any confusion, please make sure to fill out the form and receive a response before visiting. If you visit the store or warehouse without following this procedure, we reserve the right to refuse your request.

If there are any issues such as missing items or quality damage caused by our mistake, we will refund both the shipping fee and the amount paid for the product.

Cases where Returns/Exchanges are Not Possible

- If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery completion date.

- If the customer loses components or if the product is damaged/faulty/contaminated due to customer mishandling.

- If the customer damages the packaging, opens it, or removes the product's tag, making it unsuitable for resale.

- For all frozen/refrigerated products without defects.

- For all products discount due to approaching expiration dates.

If requests for return/exchange are made on forums or platforms intended for reviews, or if there are differences in color and image due to monitor resolution, returns/exchanges may be restricted.

Any refrigerated or frozen food that is returned/exchanged to us due to your absence will be discarded, and no refund will be issued. If the returned/exchanged package requires additional shipping costs, we'll deduct this amount from the final refund. We don't refund or replace items unless we receive the returned packages.

If you have sent us products that are not eligible for return/exchange, we will promptly send you an email with instructions regarding the disposal or reshipment of the product. For reshipment, kindly note that the reshipping fee will be required. Should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have received and inspected your return/exchange. You will then be notified if your return/exchange has been approved or rejected. The refund will be processed as soon as it is approved. We will send you a return label when your return/exchanges are approved. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

If delivery is not possible due to items being out of stock or for any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such cases, we will promptly notify you via the email address provided. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued in full, including shipping costs. Please note that we are not responsible for informing you in advance or obtaining your approval for such cancellations.

We cannot accept responsibility for any incidents such as theft, damage, or loss that may occur during shipping. As a result, refunds or exchanges related to these incidents are not possible. However, if you have purchased SavedBy package protection at the time of ordering, inquiries and compensation for damages can be handled by SavedBy. Promotions and sales

We offer discounts on products with approaching expiration dates. These items are sold as final sale. Please note that exchange or refund is absolutely not possible under any circumstances, except for cases where the product itself is damaged or of poor quality due to our fault. By purchasing products on discount due to approaching expiration dates, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

We reserve the right to change the prices listed on our website at any time. When your purchase is made outside of the sale/promotional date, we cannot refund the difference between the sale price and the original price.

Promotions on organiconestore.com only apply to orders placed within the specified timeframe, and previous purchases can't be matched.
