Shipping & Pick up Policy
Hello! You have two great options for receiving your order. The first is through UPS delivery, ensuring your Organi Oone products arrive conveniently at your doorstep. The second is our store and warehouse pickup service. This option allows you to browse more items at Organic One, take a look around, and even chat with us. Below are our policies for these two methods.

The minimum order amount for frozen products is $80. If the minimum order amount is not met, orders cannot be placed
We ship orders within the United States, sending them out no later than two business days after processing your order's balance. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Army Post Offices, or US territories. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping notification email with details of the shipment service and tracking information.
Please note that we don't process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. Currently, we don't offer international deliveries. For orders with only room temperature items, expect delivery in approximately 1 to 5 days. For orders with frozen items, delivery is expected in approximately 1 to 2 days.
Please be aware that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs regulations, or other factors beyond our control. We can't be held responsible for delayed deliveries or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. You'll receive an email notification when your package is prepared, including a tracking number for your convenience.
Sometimes, delivery tracking updates may not reflect immediately, even if the package has already been picked up and scanned. We recommend checking the tracking page regularly, as you'll likely see a change when your package is out for delivery.
We don't accept responsibility for the specific delivery location on your premises, as we don't supervise where the delivery person leaves your package. You may want to communicate these preferences to your building's management or leave a note on your door for the delivery person.
Undeliverable packages, due to customer errors such as incorrect address entry or carelessness, are usually returned to us at an additional shipping cost. Upon receiving the undeliverable packages, we will cancel the order and process the refund immediately. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We will refund the remaining amount excluding the shipping fee and frozen/refrigerated items. Any additional shipping costs incurred for the return will also be excluded from the refund. Items will not be refunded or replaced until we receive the returned packages.
We ship orders via UPS. If you need to use a different address for UPS delivery, please let us know as soon as your order is placed. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure that all addresses are correct before completing your order at checkout.

SavedBy is a package protection service that safeguards your items from potential mishaps during shipping. This service ensures you receive compensation in case of damage or theft. You may have noticed an additional option at checkout for package protection. You can choose to include or remove this from your order. We do not take responsibility for any damage, theft, loss, or other incidents that may occur during shipping. That's why we recommend choosing SavedBy to prepare for various accidents that could happen during shipping.

Pickup is available at our offline store (Palisades Park, NJ) and warehouse (Northvale, NJ). If you prefer pickup, please select the desired pickup location in the shipping option when placing your order.
Please remember to bring your order number when picking up your items. Be sure to note your order number after placing your order.
If you place a pickup order on Friday afternoon, it will be available for pickup starting Tuesday morning.
No shipping fees will be charged for pickups. Once your pickup is ready, we will send you a pickup confirmation email. Please pick up your order within 3 days of receiving this email. If the available pickup date is more than 3 days away, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
If you do not pick up your order within 3 days of the pickup confirmation email without prior contact, your order will be canceled, and a 50% refund of the purchase amount will be issued.
If you wish to cancel a pickup order, please send a cancellation request email before receiving the pickup ready notification email. Once the pickup is ready, the order cannot be canceled.
