Organic One offers shipping services to all regions within the United States. However, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, and U.S. territories (Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa) are excluded from our service areas. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

Pickup is available at our offline store (Palisades Park, NJ) and warehouse (Northvale, NJ). If you prefer pickup, please select the desired pickup location in the shipping option when placing your order.

If you place a pickup order on Friday afternoon, it will be available for pickup starting Tuesday morning.

Photos are required for all returns and exchanges. Please note that returns and exchanges without photos may be rejected. For damaged items, please take a clear photo showing the damaged area.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have received and inspected your return. You will then be notified if your refund has been approved or rejected. The refund will be processed as soon as it is approved. We will send you a return label when your return/exchanges are approved. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs incurred for the return/exchange will be deducted from the final refund.
