This is a Mac's Ssamjang that encapsulates the taste and dedication of a master food artisan. It's made with 100% Korean soybeans for the Meju (fermented soybean block), Sinan sea salt, and a deep savory flavor crafted by aging in traditional earthenware pots. It's a blend of Doenjang (soybean paste) boasting a rich taste and Gochujang (red chili paste) made with plenty of Korean red pepper powder and Meju powder in just the right proportions. It offers a superb taste that's neither overly sweet nor excessively spicy, but rather sticks to your palate with a delightful flavor.
