[MAC] FISH GANJANG

Mac, which has continued its taste as a Korean ingredient in the clear water and air at the edge of Juwangsan Mountain in Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea, continues Food master Myungrye Sung's tradition with the traditional fermentation technology and the deep taste that has aged naturally for more than 12 months.

Mac's Fish Ganjang (soy sauce) that has been aged for a long time only with Korean raw anchovies and sea salt. It adds a deep and rich flavor to vegetables and soup dishes.
