Mac, which has continued its taste as a Korean ingredient in the clear water and air at the edge of Juwangsan Mountain in Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea, continues Food master Myungrye Sung's tradition with the traditional fermentation technology and the deep taste that has aged naturally for more than 12 months.
It's Mac's Barley Gochujang(red pepper paste), which is naturally matured in an Korean old jar with plenty of Korean red pepper powder, barley, and Meju powder(fermented soybean lump powder). This is a Korean traditional condiment that is not too sweet but gives a deep flavor.
