This is Kosrak's Korean Organic Ganjang (Soy sauce) that is aging over time.

It is a high-quality Korean traditional organic condiments that is naturally fermented and aged. It is contained only organic certified ingredients grown on Korean soil. Also, By using 4,000 Korean traditional jars in their own garden which is about 24ac. 

They produce the best Korean traditional organic condiments in Korea through a strict quality control system, and studying to become a master.

"You Are What You Eat." means the notion that to be fit and healthy you need to eat good food.

Kosrak will continue the taste and aroma of healthy traditional sauces containing the wisdom and sincerity of their ancestors, thinking about living a long and healthy life in the current era of 100 years old.

It is a healthy organic traditional Doenjang (soy bean paste) made by fermenting and aging for more than a year and inheriting the traditional method. It is not contained all the additives. They carefully selected 100% Korean organic beans. also used bay salt only.

1년 이상을 발효 숙성하여 전통방식 그대로 계승해 만든 건강 유기농 전통 된장이에요. 첨가물 없이 3년 이상 간수를 뺀 신안 천일염만을 사용했어요.

Did not taste good

Made soup for my Mom as I always do. We've been eating much healthier since she has cancer, and for the most part, the healthier options taste better. This has been the exception. It was very salty and had an off flavor.
