Kosrak is a place that produces premium organic traditional Korean sauces by naturally fermenting and aging only ingredients certified as organic and grown 100% in Korean soil. This is done using over 4,000 traditional onggi (earthenware pots) in a garden that spans over 30,000 square meters.
