  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  2. Thinly slice the cucumber and carrot, and slice the red onion thinly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the seaweed, cucumber, carrot, and red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and honey to make the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and seaweed, and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to finish.
